Your Satisfaction Matters
Hair is personal, and while every service begins with a detailed consultation, sometimes the final result may not feel exactly as you imagined once you’ve had the opportunity to wear your hair at home.

If You’re Not Completely Happy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please contact your Elevate Salon within 10 days of your appointment by:
- Speaking with the Salon Manager, or
- Completing our Contact Us form.
We ask that you contact us before seeking corrective work elsewhere so that we have the opportunity to assess your hair and understand your concerns.
Once we hear from you, we’ll:
- Listen carefully to your concerns.
- Review your consultation and desired outcome.
- Assess your hair in person where appropriate.
- Recommend the most suitable solution.
- Arrange a complimentary corrective appointment where appropriate.
Our goal is always to resolve your concerns professionally, respectfully and with the same level of care you experienced during your original appointment.
Our Complimentary Corrective Service
Many colour, toning and styling concerns can be successfully refined through a corrective appointment.
Where appropriate, we are pleased to provide this service complimentary, because we believe every client deserves the opportunity to achieve the best possible result.
Depending on the service, your corrective appointment may be performed by:
- your original stylist,
- a senior stylist,
- our Master Stylist, or
- another experienced Elevate colour specialist.
This allows us to match the most suitable stylist to your individual needs while maintaining the highest standard of care.
Our Promise
We never want a client to feel unsupported after visiting Elevate.
Our team will always take the time to understand your concerns and work with you in a genuine effort to achieve the outcome discussed during your consultation.
Most concerns are successfully resolved through communication and, where appropriate, a complimentary refinement.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Service Guarantee limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a service does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law, any remedies available will be provided in accordance with the law.
Hair Care & Colour Longevity
The longevity and appearance of hair colour can be influenced by many factors, including:
- previous colour history
- hair condition and porosity
- home care products
- washing frequency
- swimming and sun exposure
- heat styling
- lifestyle and environmental factors.
Our stylists will recommend professional home care products and maintenance routines to help you achieve the longest-lasting results possible.
Retail Products
If you believe a retail product purchased from Elevate is faulty, please contact us and we’ll happily assess it.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, faulty products will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or opened products unless required by law.
